Websites for Charlotte businesses
Websites
$800 flat. Half to start. Half when you approve it.
We handle your website end to end. We design it, build it, work through two rounds of revisions with you, and take it through launch once you approve it.
What it costs, in one screen
This begins the project. We design and build your site, then work through two included rounds of revisions with you.
Due once you have seen the finished website and approved it as ready to launch under the scope we agreed. Not because we say it is done.
No monthly fee is required to have the website. Care below is optional, and you can decide about it after launch rather than now.
How it goes
- You tell us about it What the business is, who it is for, what you want people to do when they land on it. In your own words.
- You pay $400 and we startPayment The project is committed and the design and build work begins.
- We build it You get a private preview link. Nothing is public, and nothing is live.
- You tell us what to change Two consolidated rounds are included, so you have room to react to the first version and then refine it.
- You approve itYour call Once it reflects the scope we agreed, you approve it as ready to launch.
- The final $400Payment Due on approval, once the work is finished and you have said so.
- We launch it Approving does not put it live by itself. Launch is a separate, deliberate step we perform after the final payment clears.
Your business changes. Your website should keep up.
Website Care is optional. It covers the changes a business needs after launch, at a better price than paying for them one at a time.
a month for Website Care, entirely optional. Two small changes every month, plus a better price on everything after that.
What you are buying is not two edits. It is never having to find a new website person, re-explain your site, or dig out files from a project you finished two years ago. For $30 a month, LateNightFix stays your website person.
| Changes after launch | With Care$30/mo | Without Care |
|---|---|---|
| First two small changes each month | Included | $40 each |
| Any small change after that | $20 | $40 |
| A larger change | $75 | $125 |
| A project | Quoted | Quoted |
- TwoUse them when you need them. Unused ones do not roll over or turn into credit.
- On usIf we break something, fixing it is not billed and does not use a change, whether or not you have Care.
- AnytimeNo contract and no minimum term. Cancel whenever you like, and the website stays yours either way.
- AskYou know the price, or that we are quoting it, before we start.
Care is separate from the $800 and never required. We are not billing for it yet, so ask us when your site launches.
Small, larger, or a project
Every change is one of three things, and we tell you which before we start.
Small change
Updating something that is already there.
- Hours, phone number, address
- A price or a service description
- Existing text, or a typo
- Swapping in a photo you send us
- A promotion going up or coming down
- Staff details and links
Larger change
Meaningfully changing an area you already have, inside the site we built.
- Adding an FAQ section
- Adding a service or testimonial section
- Reorganizing an existing page
- Building out a gallery
- Replacing an existing section using final copy you supply
Project
Building something the site does not currently do. Always quoted first.
- A brand-new page
- A redesign
- Online ordering or booking
- Accounts, payments, integrations
- New logo, branding, photography
Changing your phone number everywhere on the site is one small change, not four. We count what you asked for, not how many places we had to touch. It works the other way too: new hours, a new hero photo and a rewritten About paragraph in one email are three separate things.
Change pricing assumes you provide the wording, photo or finished file. Original copywriting, logo design and photography are scoped separately, and we tell you before spending on anything from outside.
Know a business that needs a website?
Website referrals are coming to the LateNightFix professional network. Professionals will be able to earn up to $250 for a qualifying referral, once the customer has approved their site for launch and the full $800 has been collected and cleared. We are still finalizing it, so nothing is claimable yet.
Questions people actually ask
Is it really $800 with nothing else?
Yes. $400 to start and $400 when you approve it. Care is optional and separate, and nothing about the website requires it.
How many revision rounds are included?
Two consolidated rounds, within the scope we agreed. You see the first version, send us your notes, we make the changes, you look again and send anything remaining. A round is one pass of your feedback, not one correction, so spotting another typo an hour later does not start round two. What is not a round is a different website: new pages, a shop, booking or a different structure are separate work and we quote them.
What if I do not like the first version?
Entirely normal, and it is what the two rounds are for. It happens before any final payment is due.
What if I decide not to launch it at all?
If you have not approved the site, the remaining $400 is generally not due. The initial $400 generally covers the work already performed and is generally not refunded once work has begun. The website agreement you sign before we start governs cancellation, refunds and ownership properly, and applicable law applies either way.
What if LateNightFix does not deliver what was agreed?
That is a different situation from changing your mind, and we do not treat it the same way. Talk to us. The website agreement covers it, and we are not hiding behind "no refunds".
Does approving it put it online straight away?
No, and that is deliberate. Approval, final payment, and launch are separate steps. We perform the launch ourselves after the payment clears, so nothing goes public because a box was ticked.
Is Website Care required?
No. Without it, small changes are $40 and larger ones $125, and projects are quoted either way. If you rarely change anything, paying as you go is the better deal.
Am I locked into Care?
No. There is no contract and no minimum term. Cancel any month you like, keep your website, and pay the standard rates if you need a change later.
What counts as a small change?
A routine update to something already on the site: hours, a phone number, an address, a price, existing wording, a photo you send us, a link, staff details, a promotion going up or down. Changing one fact everywhere it appears is still one small change.
And a larger change?
A meaningful modification to an area you already have, using the site's existing design and capabilities. Adding an FAQ or service section, reorganizing a page, building out a gallery, replacing a section using final copy you supply.
What counts as a project?
Anything that materially expands the site: a new page, a redesign, ecommerce, online ordering, booking, accounts, payments, integrations, custom functionality, branding or photography. A brand-new page is a project by default. Projects are quoted before work begins.
Do unused small changes roll over?
No, and they do not become credit or combine into a larger change. Two a month, used or not.
Can I add Care later?
In principle yes, once we are set up to bill for it. We are not yet, so ask us when your site launches. Care pricing applies to what you ask for while Care is active, not backwards onto work already quoted or underway.
What if something breaks and it was your fault?
We fix it, free, and it does not use one of your changes. Problems coming from elsewhere, like DNS changed outside LateNightFix or an outside service going down, we look at first and tell you what is involved.
Who builds it?
LateNightFix does. This one is our product start to finish, unlike service work, which independent professionals in the network take on themselves.
Ready when you are
Tell us about the business and what you want the site to do. A real person reads it, and we will come back to you with what we would build.
