How it worksHow it works
A sentence in your own words is enough. Submit it online any hour, or call us.
We organize the request and put it in front of independent local professionals whose skills and eligibility fit.
Professionals choose the work they take on. If one accepts, you work directly with them.
The Charlotte network
Faces, specialties and neighborhoods, not a ticket queue. If someone helped you before, ask for them again.
Two ways we help
Wi-Fi, computers, networks, installs and projects. We put your request in front of independent local professionals, and you work directly with whoever takes it.
Tell us what is going on$500 flat, $250 to start and $250 when you approve it. We design it, build it, take it through launch, and the first year online is included. After that: Stay Online from $10 a month, or Care from $30 for changes and a direct number.
